  • What is "The Crowned Experience"? 
    The Crowned Experience" is an online Travel Planning & Luxury Concierge business. We curate individual and group trips to a destination of your choice.
  • What Does the Package Fee Include?
    The fee associated with each package is a planning fee. This is our fee to coordinate, plan, research all of your desired activities and service. The fee covers T.C.E for putting together your trip. You are responsible for costs associated with each service. For example; if you wish to book a personal chef or a excursion - you are responsible for paying separately for that each service/activity.
  • What is a luxury concierge?
    A concierge is a person or a company that is available to help you in your day-to-day life, in this case while on vacation. Their services can range from planning and booking your girls trips to making restaurant reservations to coordinating your excursions and tours T.C.E will take care of all the finer details for your trip.
  • Is it worth the investment?
    If you're someone who instantly gets overwhelmed at the thought of planning a vacation - this service is 100% for you! This service is specifically for those who want to travel but do not necessarily want to do the planning and research. T.C.E will ensure that you have a stress free trip. We will ensure that no time is wasted. The only thing you need to do is look at your daily itinerary to check your plans for the day :)
  • How do I request for "The Crowned Experience" to plan my trip?

  • What are your hours?
    We are available via email Monday-Thursday 9am - 5pm. Friday - Saturday 10am - 1pm. T.C.E is closed on Sundays What destinations do you specialize in? All destinations are welcome!
  • What services do you provide and how much are your packages?
    Please scroll up to the "Packages" Section of our website for available options
  • Does the fee change depending on the size of the group?
    The fee for each package is a fixed rate. Whether you have 1 person traveling or 10 the fee does not change. Will "T.C.E" book accommodations & flights on behalf of the client? Currently we will not book accommodations or flights on behalf of our clients. We will do the research to find accommodations and flight and will provide you the link to book directly.
  • Does "T.C.E" offer refunds?
    No, we do not offer refunds. Once the research starts the deposit is non refundable. If the complete itinerary has been provided and the balance has been paid, this is also not refundable.
  • Are payment plans available?
    Yes, for "The Crowned Experience" & "Tulum Vibez" package half of the deposit is due to start your trip planning and the final balance is due 30 days before your trip. "Crowned Deluxe trip starter" & services off of the "A La Carte" menu require full payment
  • Will "T.C.E" offer refunds if I can no longer attend the trip?
    No, T.C.E does not provide any refunds nor can the credit be transferred. T.C.E does recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip if anything does come up that interferes with your travel plans
  • When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?
    Your complete daily itinerary will be delivered digitally via email at least 14 days before your trip
